It's been 15 years since Mike and Jen's Cocoa was developed in the home kitchen of Dean and his kids Mike and Jen. Our motto remains, Do one thing, and make it the BEST in the world. We take pride in adhering to our principles of crafting the highest quality products possible.
Achieving success involves the evaluation and adaptation of our procedures to enhance both efficiency and quality. This spring we moved our manufacturing to a new facility that will offer numerous advantages, including:
Longer shelf life
The innovative facility will be equipped to nitrogen flush each package (including every single-serve stick). This process removes all oxygen from the packaging, ensuring prolonged freshness and allowing our products to achieve a remarkable shelf life of 3 years!
Improved Quality Control
The new facility will use advanced machinery aimed at minimizing the rare occurrences of improperly sealed bags.
Reduce Waste
This modern facility will enable us to greatly minimize waste through reduced packaging materials.
Renewable Energy
